A: Yes. We build hot runner Plastic Molds and specialized in many different systems, such as DME,mold Master,Mastip,Hasco,Yudo,Incoe,etc...,
But, we strong suggest use China brand hot runner, reliable, same mold life, and cost down about 50% price, Guangdong made is key point, NOT Zhejiang defective goods
Q6: What kind of steel do you use for plastic mold?
A: We can use any type of steel appointed by customer or popular in the market.
Such as P20, 718, 8407, NAK80, H13, S136, DIN 1.2738, DIN 1.2344, etc.
Most make use of stainless S136 (China Fushun steel) harden to Hrc.45~52 degree
Can avoid large area of rust but also need oil protect surface too, Maintenance is important
Q7: Can you provide the steel certificate and heat-treatment certificate?
